How it works: We offer a full refund or replacement within 30 days of your purchase date — no lengthy explanations required. We stand behind our product and want every customer to feel confident trying BUTTR.
To request a refund: Email support@buttrbeauty.us with your order number and we'll process your refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

- For Amazon purchases, please use Amazon's return process
